The physical practice has taken me into the depths of what it means to be a good human & how I show up in the world off the mat. Your class vibe: I view yoga as a beautiful moving form of art, expect creativity and expressive movement, dynamic yet fluid and an emphasis always on the connection with breath. The physical body is just a gateway to the mind and I love to bask in that stillness of the mind and body which is created through yoga and movement. My classes are kind of like a chilli margarita- a smooth practice with hints of sweetness and abit spicy (lol not sure if that's a good analogy or not)

Party trick: ahh I don't know if I have any, I can balance a full glass on my head whilst dancing?
